Cardiorespiratory endurance is essential as we age for two critical reasons.  First, cardio training maintains heart health.  By continuing to stress the heart in a healthy way we can maintain the efficiency of the heart as we age.  Additionally, cardio training is key to maintaining the proper weight.  Burning calories on the bike, treadmill, track, or elliptical trainer keeps those calories from turning into fat.  I provide personalized cardio training programs to every client to help them maintain or improve cardiorespiratory health.
