As we grow older several systems in the body undergo changes. We lose lean muscle mass, our metabolic rate slows down, our ability to maintain cardiorespiratory capacity diminishes, and we lose bone density.

Each person has individual movement and postural patterns. Muscles move the joints and support the bones to create posture. Many of us have altered movement and postural patterns.
The Experience
I begin working with clients by conducting a comprehensive analysis of their baseline fitness. The first session with each client includes a comprehensive interview where we discuss lifestyle, nutrition, exercise habits, and personal fitness goals.
