Activities of Daily Living

Although clients have many different fitness goals one that is common with everyone I meet is the ability to perform day-to-day activities without limitations. Bending over to tie shoes, lifting objects off the ground, getting up from a chair, reaching for an object from an overhead shelf – all of these are examples of Activities of Daily Living. My goal is to ensure my clients retain the ability to do the things they want to do without restrictions. All exercises I do with my clients are focused on natural movements that you use in daily life. The goal is to allow you to move pain free and with the necessary strength to accomplish the tasks you want to accomplish.
