As we grow older several systems in the body undergo changes. We lose lean muscle mass, our metabolic rate slows down, our ability to maintain cardiorespiratory capacity diminishes, and we lose bone density. If we allow this to go unchecked the body will lose the ability to move and we will become limited in the things that we can do. Clients I work with fight this trend.
